| | Coming to this campground is always a great idea. The Claremont Trail is a perfect hiking trail next to Grasshopper Flat, and there are plenty of people from Quincy here at Grasshopper Flat. All through the warmest time of the year, highs commonly are in the 80's at Grasshopper Flat with overnight lows in the 40's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's, and nighttime lows in the 20's for Grasshopper Flat. Yep, outdoors entertaining stuff truly is bountiful here in the Northern Sierra Nevada. Flat and is always a delight to explore; American Valley is a magnificent location to stretch your legs a bit. While stopping by this region in California it's a great idea to go camping too. This camp ground is one of the great places to camp here in the Northern Sierra Nevada.
| Whitewater paddling is tremendous on Indian Creek Feather Tributary, and going for a hike on the Cleghorn Bar Trail is always a wonderful adventure. All the great local attractions in the neighborhood and the great variety of outdoors recreation are delightful incentives to come. Grasshopper Flat gets a typical amount of annual rain; the month of January is the wettest with most of the snow, and the driest month of the year is July. This campground is so gorgeous. Go for a hike on the Eureka Lake Trail, and good hiking is available along the Third Divide | |

Trail. Some activities here at Grasshopper Flat are hiking, and whitewater paddling, so you won’t get bored. Everybody loves Plumas National Forest; get wet paddling on Feather River - Middle Fork. The welcoming staff and the prettiness of the spot beat anything. We should
all go camping every so often, and Grasshopper Flat is a great local campground if you happen to be in California. There's no way anybody can get bored here in the Northern Sierra Nevada. There is a good hiking trail near Grasshopper Flat called the Finger Board Trail, and soar
down the rapids of Feather River - Middle Fork in a kayak. Grasshopper Flat is a very well esteemed campground by the residents of Quincy. There's such a great deal of things to do right next door to Grasshopper Flat, and if you're trying to locate a great spot to go camping,
this is a brilliant selection. Man, is there a heap of cool things to do close to Grasshopper Flat. A glorious panorama of stunning Radio Hill is available from Grasshopper Flat; Plumas-Eureka State Park is a wonderful spot.
