drop is 2,580 feet at June Mountain. 32 feet of fluffy snow fall every year on the 3,100-foot altitude difference of Mammoth Mountain, the close by ski mountain. Mammoth Mountain has 156 slopes and 27 great ski lifts. 65% of the slopes at Mammoth Mountain are intermediate or beginner. Of the 3,500 acres of skiable territory 35% is challenging; there's something for everyone at Mammoth Mountain.
