| | Goose Meadows is a very popular old favorite campground among folks of Nevada City. There's so much stuff to do at Goose Meadows including hiking, swimming, fishing, playing golf, and whitewater paddling, so getting bored is not something that is likely to happen. This campground is so delightful. Selby Flat is a pleasant place to stretch your legs a bit, and there's whitewater on Yuba River - South Fork for all you adrenaline people.

things to do here in the Northern Sierra Nevada. Good hiking is available along the Humbug Trail, and if you're here why not check out Eagle Ravine. Not sufficient hours in a day to enjoy this spot. Not far from Goose Meadows, you'll find Lava Cap Reservoir which is a striking
| lake, and a round of golf at nearby Nevada County Country Club is a tremendous way to kill some time.
Goose Meadows gets a great deal of water; the month with most of the rain is January while July is regularly the driest month. The great local attractions and all the outdoors recreation will make you happy you came.
Sugarloaf Mountain is a peak you can catch a sight of from Goose Meadows, and you can run the rapids of Yuba River - Middle Fork. Alright, time to get out and breathe some fresh air, time has come to get out, and Goose Meadows in California | |

is the outdoors at its best. A trip to Malakoff Diggins State Park when you're here at Goose Meadows is never a bad idea, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Goose Meadows; Lafayette Ridge Trail is a pleasant local trail.
This campground has so many enjoyable things
to offer. Take a hike on the Green Valley Trail; playing golf is lots of fun at Quail Valley Golf Course. Don't leave Goose Meadows without first going for a hike along the South Yuba Trail; Gold Run is one of the streams nearby that might be worth visiting.
And if that's not
sufficient there's a heap more enjoyable stuff to do in the Northern Sierra Nevada. While you're here at Goose Meadows you will meet lots of folks from close by Nevada City, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Halls Ranch Trail. Goose Meadows is to be found in the Northern
Sierra Nevada. The welcoming workforce and all the great passtime activities makes the visit here worthwhile.
A lot of folks opt for this campground in order to be near Empire Mine State Park. At Goose Meadows cool stuff to do is plentiful, and lots of folks are fond of coming
here to escape. For the duration of the warmest time of the year at Goose Meadows highs are commonly in the 80's. During the moonlight hours it's frequently in the 50's. High temperatures during the wintertime are normally in the 40's, and winter nights come with lows in the 20's
to Goose Meadows.
Man, is there loads of enjoyable stuff to do in the neighborhood of Goose Meadows. A visit to Empire Mine State Park when you're here at Goose Meadows is a brilliant idea.
