Some of the things you can do here at Gene's Pineaire Campground are swimming, whitewater paddling, fishing, and hiking, so getting bored is not something that is likely to happen. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors enjoyable stuff the Northern Sierra Nevada has to offer. Gene's Pineaire Campground is not far at all from Washington, and since you're here you can take a hike along the Eagle Bird Trail. Soar down the rapids of Yuba River - South Fork in a kayak; Gene's Pineaire Campground is right by the Bayes Cabin Road. A lot of folks stay at this campground so they can go to Malakoff Diggins State Park. At this campground you will always have a magnificent time. If you come at the right time of year, Yuba River - Middle Fork offers some magnificent whitewater; you can have a fine hiking adventure along the Lafayette Ridge Trail.
