Frenchman - Plumas National Forest, Northern Sierra Nevada, California   Frenchman is a popular spot with the folks from Quincy. As if Frenchman wasn't enough, you can also go hiking, swimming, whitewater paddling, and fishing, so possibly you want to stay a bit. If you come to this campground, you will have a nice time for sure. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Frenchman; Cleghorn Bar Trail is a tremendous local trail; as expected, everyone loves Plumas-Eureka State Park. You definitely have to fancy the Northern Sierra Nevada. Get soaked paddling on Feather River - Middle Fork; if you yearn for a little side spree,     try Boyle Ravine. These mountains rock, just explore all the entertaining stuff to do in the Northern Sierra Nevada. Plumas National Forest is a perfect site to go if you're at Frenchman; locations like American Valley are magnificent to explore. This camp ground is one of the magnificent places to camp here in the Northern Sierra Nevada. In California you never run out of outdoors entertaining things. There is so much amusing stuff in the neighborhood of Frenchman; it is a very nice campground. Got cabin fever from too much time indoors, No problem; Frenchman in California is a nice spot to go. If you want a perfect time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Frenchman. Here at Frenchman there are plenty of people from Quincy, and the Eureka Lake Trail offers hiking at its best. The welcoming reception and   a lot of entertaining things to do have folks coming here. Lakes are brilliant; Snake Lake is a lake that's in the vicinity of Frenchman; perfect hiking is available along the Finger Board Trail. The perfect local attractions and all the outdoors recreation will make you delighted you came. Don't leave Frenchman without first going for a hike along the Claremont Trail, and Radio Hill is clearly visible from Frenchman. For the duration of the warm months at Frenchman highs are frequently in the 80's, and the nighttime is a bit colder of course, generally in the 40's. Highs through the wintertime are mostly in the 30's, and after the sun is down throughout the wintertime temperatures at Frenchman plunge into the 20's. This campground has so unbelievably much. Whitewater paddling is glorious on Indian Creek Feather Tributary; as expected Gansner Creek is a charming stream that is worth going to. The amount of rainfall that falls at Frenchman is close to the national average; January is the month that gets the most snow while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
