Eagle Campground - Lassen National Forest, Northern Sierra Nevada, California   Eagle Campground is an old favorite with folks in Susanville. Eagle Campground is a good place of typical rainfall; January is when you get the most snow here while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Throughout the summertime here at Eagle Campground, high temperatures generally get into the 80's while nighttime lows are regularly in the 40's. The winter comes with highs in the 40's, and nighttime lows in the 10's for Eagle Campground. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Northern Sierra Nevada. Here at Eagle Campground you'll almost certainly meet some people from Susanville, and a pleasant spot for whitewater paddling is Indian Creek Feather Tributary.   So much enjoyable stuff in the vicinity of Eagle Campground, and it is a wonderful campground. It's just not possible to get bored in California if you love the outdoors.
