Collins Lake Recreation Area, Northern Sierra Nevada, California   Collins Lake is a 1600 acre lake and recreation area with 12 1/2 mile of shoreline in the beautiful California gold country foothills. We are located about 1 1/4 hours North East of Sacramento between Marysville and Grass Valley. We are open year round.
