There's good hiking along the Cadd Fire Trail, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Little Sulphur Creek. The wonderful people who manage this location and the satisfactorily maintained facilities attract people from far and near.
So much entertaining stuff in the neighborhood of Cloverdale Koa, truly mind-boggling. There are some splendid whitewater spots on Russian River; stopping by Austin Creek State Park is a brilliant thing to do.
