There's absolutely no way to get bored in California if you go for the outdoors. This campground is so perfect. If you crave a little side visit, try Mogul Canyon. You think that's enough? There is a pleasant hiking trail in the neighborhood of Carson River Resort called the Silver King Trail; you'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Heavenly if you're here. This is     a perfect campground. The Charity Valley Trail is a good hiking trail right next door to Carson River Resort, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Carson River - East Fork. Summertime at Carson River Resort comes with high temperatures in the 70's. Through the moonlight hours it's commonly in the 40's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Carson River Resort. While you're here at Carson River Resort you can take a hike along the Pacific Crest Trail - section 13, and locations like Grover Hot Springs State Park are fine to explore. Carson River Resort is a location that is reasonably waterless regularly; throughout January this area sees the most snow, and July is the month with the least moisture. A lot of people   stay at this campground when going to Grover Hot Springs State Park. Hey, time to go camping, don't you agree? Carson River Resort in California is a magnificent selection. Take a side journey to Poor Boy Creek, and Echo Canyon State Park is a pleasant spot to stop at. On a nice day at Carson River Resort you can take a hike along the Burnside Lake Trail, and if you get bored of Carson River Resort you could also go to nearby Curtz Lake. All the jolly people and the exceptionally admirably controlled facilities attract folks from near and far. Carson River Resort is an old favorite with the people from Markleeville. All the outdoors entertaining stuff in the Northern Sierra Nevada will keep you coming back many times. Near Carson River Resort you come across the Corral Valley Trail which is a great hiking trail; if you're here you will meet lots of people from nearby Markleeville.
