There's heaps of outdoors recreation available around here such as fishing, whitewater paddling, and swimming, so getting bored is     not something that is likely to happen. The splendid local attractions and such a splendid variety of outdoors recreation will make you happy you came. If you come to this campground, you will have a good time for sure. Long Ravine is a fine place to stop at close by, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Yuba River. Auburn State Park is a great place to stretch your legs a bit, and soar down the rapids of Yuba River - South Fork in a kayak. There is so much fun stuff right next door to Camp Far West Lake; to be here is tremendous fun any time. Time to get out and breathe some fresh air, you've got to get out of the house; Camp Far West Lake in California is the outdoors at its finest. Some of the water close by flows, like Rock Creek, and places like Empire Mine State Park are splendid to have a look at. Camp   Far West Lake is not the only place close by, Camp Far West Reservoir is a close by lake; there are plenty of folks from Sheridan here. Camp Far West Lake is a campground relatively frequently visited by people of Sheridan. This is no location for people who don’t like to enjoy themselves. Get drenched paddling on Yuba River. It is very dried out here at Camp Far West Lake mostly; of all the months in a year January is the one with the most rain; the driest of the months is July. Summertime brings highs in the 90's to Camp Far West Lake, and the night is quite chillier of course, frequently in the 60's. The winter brings highs down to the 50's while the cold winter nights at Camp Far West Lake are in the 30's.
