| Auburn State Park. Throughout the long summer days here at Bowman RV Park, high temperatures generally get into the 80's. Summer night lows drop down to the 50's. Through the winter highs are in the 40's; winter nights come with lows in the 20's to Bowman RV Park. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Bear River; a wonderful place like Folsom Lake State Park is too brilliant to leave out. For you golfers we recommend nearby Darkhorse Golf Club, and paddling on American River - North Fork is so much fun. You'll really wish for more hours in a day to enjoy | |

all the amusing things in the Northern Sierra Nevada. So much enjoyable stuff to do at Bowman RV Park, so little time. If you're a golfer then a fine nearby course is Black Oak Golf Course, and lakes are such calm places, why not stop by Halsey Afterbay. That right there is a heap
of cool stuff already but it goes on, the Northern Sierra Nevada has it all. Float down the rapids of American River - Middle Fork in a kayak, and do explore Clipper Creek while you're here at Bowman RV Park. A large amount of rainfall falls at Bowman RV Park; January is when you get the most rain here while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
