During the months of summer at Boulder Creek highs are mostly in the 80's; throughout summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 30's with temperatures at Boulder Creek dipping down into the 20's all through winter nights. So much fun stuff in   close proximity to Boulder Creek, and if you're trying to find a good place to go for a weekend of camping, this is a wonderful selection. Boulder Creek is a very popular old favorite campground among the folks in Quincy. At this campground you will always have a wonderful time. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Finger Board Trail, and you'll meet a lot of folks from Quincy here. Just can't get enough of Boulder Creek. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Boulder Creek; Claremont Trail is a delightful local trail, and get soaked paddling on Feather River - Middle Fork. The workforce that runs this campground and the ably looked after facilities are in themselves cause enough to come here. All year is a great time in the Northern Sierra Nevada if you have a thing about the outdoors. A great place like American Valley here at Boulder Creek is too perfect to miss; needless to say East Branch Mill Creek flows through this area. Hiking along the Third Divide Trail is good fun, and a journey to Plumas-Eureka State Park rejuvenates the spirit.
