The staff who's always there to help out and all the enjoyable stuff to do have folks coming from far and wide. Have a good hiking adventure along the Oak Spring Trail; the smiling people of Northridge like to hang out close by. Birmingham Trailer Village gets very little rain; the month with most of the rain is February while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation.

weather is magnificent here at Birmingham Trailer Village, you can go for a hike along the Gold Canyon Trail, and Los Encinos State Park is a perfect place to stretch your legs a bit.
