| | If you are in California throughout camping season, you must go camping. That right there is a heap of fun things already but it goes on, the Southern Sierra Nevada has it all. Congress Group is a peak you can catch a glimpse of from Belknap, and there's great hiking along the Atwell Hockett Trail. Throughout the summer at Belknap highs are usually in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 40's with temperatures at Belknap dipping down into the 20's during winter nights. |

You'll truly wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the entertaining things in the Southern Sierra Nevada. Some of the water nearby flows, like Clover Creek, and going for a hike on the High Sierra Trail is always a brilliant adventure. Belknap is frequently visited by the people
| of Sequoia National Park. Whitewater paddling is tremendous on Kaweah River - North Fork, and there are great spots to discover along the Sheep Creek Trail. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors exciting things the area near Belknap has to offer. Kaweah River - Middle Fork is a good whitewater spot near Belknap, and not far from Belknap you'll hit upon Twin Lakes which is a gorgeous lake. Some of the things you can do here at Belknap are whitewater paddling, hiking, fishing, and swimming, so you won’t get bored. A lot of fun is at this campground. | |

If time allows, Sequoia & Kings Canyon National Park is a national park worth checking out, and don't leave Belknap without first going for a hike along the Don Cecil Trail. Belknap gets a typical amount of annual rainfall; most of the rain falls during January, and July is
the month with the least moisture. Time to get out and breathe some fresh air, and Belknap in California is exactly the spot. You'll meet a lot of folks from Sequoia National Park here, and a pleasant tour to Willow Meadow is a great way to spend an afternoon.
This campground
has so unbelievably much. If you don’t have a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Kaweah River; hiking is a popular thing to do around Belknap; Hockett Meadows Trail is a great local trail. Such a great pick of attractions and the nearby outdoors recreation
will make you happy you came. Some people choose this campground for the purpose of being near Sequoia & Kings Canyon National Park. The personnel of this great campground and the delightful facilities have people coming here. The Southern Sierra Nevada scenery is always wonderful.
It's not possible to run out of cool stuff to do in the neighborhood of Belknap; it's one of those spots where everything is great.
