| | There's such a large number of things to do in the neighborhood of Aspen Group, and if you're trying to find a great spot to go for a camping trip, this is a perfect pick. Going for a hike on the Humbug Trail is always a delightful adventure, and a spree to Empire Mine State Park when you're here is never a bad idea. So much fun stuff to do here at Aspen Group, too wonderful to be true. If you come at the right time of year, Yuba River - Middle Fork offers some wonderful whitewater, and there is a good hiking trail nearby called the South Yuba Trail.

| as hiking, whitewater paddling, playing golf, fishing, and swimming, so it's just not possible to get bored. Throughout the warmest time of the year highs here at Aspen Group get into the 80's, and during the night it cools down to the 50's. Through the wintertime the highs are usually in the 40's with temperatures at Aspen Group dipping down into the 20's through winter nights.

The wonderful local attractions and the close by outdoors recreation will make you happy you came. From Aspen Group you obtain a magnificent view of Sugarloaf Mountain; you might also want to pay a visit to Eagle Ravine since
you're here at Aspen Group.
You just can't envision the amount of outdoors exciting things the Northern Sierra Nevada has to offer. Take a side trip to Gold Run, and Nevada County Country Club is a splendid golf course nearby. This is in fact a splendid campground. Selby Flat
is a fine place, and during your spree here you'll meet some folks from Nevada City for sure. Aspen Group is a wet spot that gets lots of rainfall; January is when you get the most rain here; the driest month is July.
Ready to raise that tent; Aspen Group in California is such
a great spot. The surroundings of this campground have such a great deal of things to offer. Don't leave Aspen Group without first going for a hike along the Halls Ranch Trail; a round of golf at nearby Quail Valley Golf Course is a good way to kill some time.
Good hiking is
available along the Green Valley Trail, and you definitely should visit Malakoff Diggins State Park if you're here. The workforce that operates this campground and the admirably kept up facilities are motive enough to come here. This camp ground is one of the wonderful places to camp here in the Northern Sierra Nevada.
