| | It's not possible to get bored in California if you fancy the outdoors. The friendly personnel and all the amusing stuff to do are in themselves reason enough to come here. Some folks stay here to be next to Palomar Mountain State Park. The brilliant local attractions and the brilliant variety of outdoors recreation are tremendous reasons to come. This is a nice campground. If the weather is delightful here at Acorn Park, you can go for a hike along the Magee Trail; golf can be played at Woods Valley Golf Club. in a day to enjoy all the fun things in the Santa Rosa Mountains. Have a great hiking adventure along the Mission Trail, and there's whitewater on Escondido Creek for all you adrenaline junkies. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Santa
| Margarita River, and of course Plaisted Creek is a gorgeous stream that is worth checking out. If you have a thing about the outdoors, you won’t be let down; there's fishing, whitewater paddling, playing golf, swimming, and hiking, so there's no way to get bored. Acorn Park is a magnificent camp ground to use as a base while enjoying the Santa Rosa Mountains. If you want a good time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Acorn Park. a very short distance away. Get your heart beating on the fine whitewater of Los Penasquitos Creek, and San Pasqual Battlefield State Park is a good place to stop at on a delightful day. You've been indoors for too long, you've got to get out of the house; Acorn Park in California
is such a fine site. Acorn Park is a location that is quite dried out usually; January is the wettest month with most rain while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. That right there is plenty of entertaining things already but it goes on, the Santa Rosa
Mountains has it all. While you're here at Acorn Park you can take a hike along the Aguanga Trail, and if you're going to from Pauma Valley, you won't be the only one. Acorn Park is a very popular campground among folks in Pauma Valley. This campground is so nice. A visit to Palomar
Mountain State Park when you're here at Acorn Park is never a bad idea. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Acorn Park while night lows are generally in the 60's. Through the winter highs are in the 60's, and overnight lows at Acorn Park through the wintertime frequently
drop into the 40's. It's not possible to run out of amusing stuff to do in the vicinity of Acorn Park; when you're here you're always having a fine time.
