category II(III) whitewater part, the Camp Tahkotah to US 167 section of Salado Creek. When the conditions are right this part of Salado Creek is an enjoyable part of river for raft paddling. Check conditions before heading out on the whitewater, or else it's not safe and sound. Speedway RV Park is a location with many visitors from Desha, and what lovelier way to enjoy a day than with a perfect game of mini golf at Putt-N-Putt.
