There are so many cool things to do close to Bluff Hole, and spending time at this campground is enormously fun. But wait, there's more to do right next door to Bluff Hole. Here at Bluff Hole there are plenty of people from Dardanelle; there are some wonderful whitewater spots on Illinois Bayou.

This campground is a splendid place to go to. Drift down the rapids of Galla Creek in a kayak; Lake Dardanelle State Park is a magnificent spot to stretch your legs a bit. There's such a vast number of things to do at Bluff Hole including hiking, whitewater paddling, fishing, playing golf, and swimming, so perhaps you want to stay a bit.

Hole is a wet place that gets a great deal of rain; of all the months in a year May is the one with the most rain; January meanwhile is the driest month.
Near Bluff Hole you come across the Cowan Hollow Trail which is a wonderful hiking trail, and get yourself into a kayak
and hit Big Piney Creek. This section of Arkansas is always a pleasure to pop by during camping season. Summertime highs at Bluff Hole generally tend to be in the 90's. During the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 60's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 40's, and night lows through the wintertime for Bluff Hole tend to be in the 20's.
