This campground has everything. If you haven’t been to Walnut Canyon National Monument, you ought to schedule some time for it if you're here, and Red Rock State Park is a good location to stretch your legs a bit. The caring personnel and the fine facilities are cause enough to come here. There's such an incredible array of things to do in the vicinity of Woody Mountain Campground, and it unquestionably is a tremendous campground.
    Lots of folks camp here when they come to go to Walnut Canyon National Monument. So many fun things to do at Woody Mountain Campground, so little time. Dry Lake is a nice lake near Woody Mountain Campground, and you can have a delightful hiking adventure along the Walnut Canyon
Loop Trail. Everybody loves Slide Rock State Park, and everybody nearby loves skiing at Arizona Snowbowl.
If the weather is delightful, you get a glorious panorama of Observatory Mesa from Woody Mountain Campground, and going for a hike on the Kendrick Peak Trail is always a nice adventure. Woody Mountain Campground is incredibly popular with the folks of Bellemont.; the month with most of the rain is August while June is generally the driest month.

on the Vultee Arch Twenty Two is always a great adventure, and if you have time to spare, Wupatki National Monument is a national park worth going to.
We all need to go for a camping trip now and then, and Woody Mountain Campground, Arizona is a tremendous location for getting out. Scores of fun is at this campground. Float down the rapids of Oak Creek in a kayak, and going for a hike on the A B Young Trail is always a magnificent adventure.
The perfect local attractions and all the outdoors recreation are nice causes to come. Through the summertime highs here at Woody Mountain Campground reach the 80's while night lows are regularly in the 40's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 40's, and nighttime lows in the 0's for Woody Mountain Campground. Going for a hike on the Lava Flow Trail is always a nice adventure, and Woody Mountain Campground is a place with many visitors from Bellemont.
