Some of the things you can do here at Woody Mountain Campground are swimming, whitewater paddling, fishing, and hiking, so in all probability you want to stick around for a while. If you like skiing, you're in luck; Arizona Snowbowl is in the neighborhood of Woody Mountain Campground; on a splendid day you can take a hike along the Lava Flow Trail. The great variety of local attractions and all the outdoors recreation are sure to keep
    you coming back again and again.
Summertime highs at Woody Mountain Campground ordinarily tend to be in the 80's. During the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 40's. Throughout the wintertime the highs are typically in the 40's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at
Woody Mountain Campground. If only every location had this much outdoors exciting things, what a great globe it would be. Paddling on Oak Creek is so much fun; hiking along the Walnut Canyon Loop Trail is perfect fun.
This is a wonderful campground. When you're here at Woody Mountain Campground it's always fun to take a look at Slide Rock State Park, and needless to say, this is a good region for folks who like lakes, Dry Lake is a lake in the neighborhood. A campground like this is too wonderful to miss. There is a tremendous hiking trail in the vicinity
 
of Woody Mountain Campground called the Kendrick Peak Trail; during your visit here you'll meet some folks from Bellemont for sure. A lot of people stay at this campground all through their trip to Walnut Canyon National Monument.
At Woody Mountain Campground cool stuff to do is bountiful, and when you spend some time here you will feel like a whole new person. Observatory Mesa is clearly visible from Woody Mountain Campground; Red Rock State Park is a brilliant site to stretch your legs a bit.
Around Woody Mountain Campground you don’t get a lot of precipitation; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain, and the driest month of the year is June. The magnificent people who operate this spot and the fantastically nicely run facilities are pretty mind-blowing. Going for a hike along the A B Young Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood, and a visit to Walnut Canyon National Monument is recommended.

Woody Mountain Campground is a very popular campground among the people of Bellemont. If the weather is great here at Woody Mountain Campground, you can go for a hike along the Vultee Arch Twenty Two, and Wupatki National Monument is a magnificent location close by. You need to get out, and Woody Mountain Campground in Arizona is such a magnificent spot.
