| | This campground is so wonderful. When you're here at Whispering Palms Travel Park it's always fun to visit Catalina State Park; brilliant hiking is available along the Sendero Esperanza Trail. For the period of the summer months at Whispering Palms Travel Park highs are regularly in the 100's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 70's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 60's while the cold winter nights at Whispering Palms Travel Park are in the 30's. Some people stay at this campground for the purpose of being close to Catalina |
State Park.
The folks who take care of the campground and the multitude of amusing things to do will make you feel great.
You'll meet a lot of folks from Tucson here; the Ventura Esperero Trail Twenty-five offers hiking at its best. Be careful coming to Whispering Palms

Playing golf is lots of fun at Trini Alvarez-El Rio Golf Course, and you can go for a hike on the Sweetwater Trail.
Oracle State Park is a nice spot to stretch your legs a bit, and a round of golf at nearby Quail Canyon Golf Course is a glorious way to kill some time. It is
very waterless here at Whispering Palms Travel Park typically; August is the wettest month with most rain; June is when it's the driest. Feeling down from spending too much time indoors, No problem at all; Whispering Palms Travel Park in Arizona is the outdoors at its most excellent.
There's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Mount Lemmon Ski Valley, and there's good hiking along the Hugh Norris Trail. This is in fact a glorious campground.
At Whispering Palms Travel Park amusing stuff to do is abundant, and camping is such an enjoyable thing to do, and this is a perfect site to do that.
