A great place like Fort Verde State Historic Park close to Verde River RV Resort is too tremendous to leave out, and Grief Hill Wash is right
next door to Verde River RV Resort and is always a joy to pop by. Hiking along the Walker Basin Trail is tremendous fun, and a trip to Dead Horse Ranch State Park is a delightful idea.
While you're here at Verde River RV Resort you will meet lots of people from nearby Camp
Verde, and if you're here, you could also stop at stunning Lake Montezuma. It's completely out of the question to run out of amusing stuff to do right next door to Verde River RV Resort; it is a brilliant escape from everyday life.
This campground is so striking. All our national
parks are brilliant locations to go to, and Tuzigoot National Monument is no exception, and do take a hike on the Cold Water Trail. Many people stay here for the purpose of being in close proximity to Fort Verde State Historic Park.
