including hiking, and whitewater paddling, so perhaps you want to stick around. Take a hike on the Ox Bow Trail Number One Hundred Sixty Three, and Grandpa Wash is also a perfect location to explore. Some people camp here to be near Fort Verde State Historic Park. The surroundings
of this campground have so many things to offer. Fort Verde State Historic Park is a magnificent location to go if you're at Thousand Trails, and the vistas at Montezuma Castle National Monument will blow your mind. At Thousand Trails all through the warm days of summer highs
are in the 80's while night lows are ordinarily in the 60's. For the period of the winter highs are generally in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Thousand Trails are in the 30's.
