doubt a great campground.
This campground is so pretty. You can run the rapids of Verde River next to Horsethief Cabin, and on a great day you can take a hike along the Groom Creek Loop Trail. Throughout the summer months, highs commonly are in the 80's at Horsethief Cabin,
and throughout the night it cools down to the 50's. All through the winter the highs are usually in the 50's while Horsethief Cabin nighttime low temperatures through the winter are in the 10's.
