Greer's Pine Shadows is a campground reasonably often visited by people in Flagstaff. Arizona has such a great deal of things to
offer nature lovers. If you have a thing about the outdoors, you won’t be dissatisfied; there's swimming, playing golf, fishing, whitewater paddling, and hiking, so getting bored is not something that is likely to happen.

The Lava Flow Trail is a magnificent hiking trail in
close proximity to Greer's Pine Shadows, and a tour here wouldn’t be complete without a journey to nearby Red Rock State Park. Not much precipitation falls here at Greer's Pine Shadows; during August this area sees the most rain, and the driest of the months is June.
