Brookchar - Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest, Mogollon Rim Mountains, Arizona   A number of folks camp here when going to Lyman Lake State Park. You've been indoors for too much time, and Brookchar is a delightful local campground if you happen to be in Arizona. If you come at     the right time of year, Black River - East Fork offers some delightful whitewater, and a splendid place like Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest is too magnificent to leave out. This camp ground is one of the brilliant places to camp here in the Mogollon Rim Mountains. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Escudilla National Recreation Trail; Brookchar is not far at all from Springerville. Brookchar is pretty waterless usually; most of the rain falls through August while May is frequently the driest month. Having a splendid time in the Mogollon Rim Mountains is painless. Athletic Dome is delightful and can be seen from Brookchar, and a tour here wouldn’t be complete without a spree to close by Lyman Lake State Park. This campground is so pretty. If you're here at Brookchar, you could stop by Nutrioso Creek, and you might   also want to pay a visit to Robertson Hollow if you're here at Brookchar. At Brookchar through the summer months highs are in the 70's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. Throughout the winter the highs are generally in the 40's, and night lows at Brookchar during the wintertime mostly drop into the 10's. Brookchar is a top pick campground with folks of Springerville. The positive environment and the fantastically admirably managed facilities are in themselves reason enough to come here.
