The Homestead RV Park, Talkeetna Mountains, Alaska Custom Search   Outdoors recreation is abundant, some of the entertaining stuff you can do is swimming, playing golf, fishing, and whitewater paddling, so most likely you want to stay for a while. Drift down the rapids of Wolverine Creek in a kayak, and Chugach National Forest is a fine spot to take a look at. Man, is there heaps of exciting stuff to do in the Talkeetna Mountains. Get soaked paddling on Moose Creek, and Chugach State Park is a gorgeous spot any time of year. It's impossible to get bored in Alaska if you adore the outdoors. All the magnificent local attractions in close proximity and such a large number of things to do are glorious reasons to come. The accommodating operators of the campground and the nicely looked after facilities will make you feel magnificent. The Homestead RV Park is very well prized by residents of Palmer. The Homestead RV Park is pretty dry frequently; the month with most of the rain is September while March is generally the driest month. You imagine that's enough? Just getting warmed up. If you're a golfer then a good close by course is Palmer Golf Course, and there's some attention-grabbing stuff to see at Sherwood Estates Dam right next door to The Homestead RV Park.
