Italio River - Tongass National Forest, Alaska Custom Search   This section of Alaska has a fine deal of outdoors activities at your disposal. Summertime at Italio River comes with high temperatures in the 60's. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 50's. A tremendous beach near Italio River is Black Sand Beach; do have a look at Carlanna Creek if you're here at Italio River. You can take a little visit to Carlanna Lake Dam since you're here at Italio River. You get a good view of Ward Mountain from Italio River, and Charcoal Point is not far at all.
