Henry's One Stop, Alaska   The delightful local attractions and the delightful variety of outdoors recreation will make you pleased you came. Henry's One Stop is a campground reasonably often visited by people in Hope. High temperatures at Henry's One Stop all through the summer months are in the 60's. Summer night lows fall down to the 50's. All through the winter highs are in the 10's with temperatures at Henry's One Stop dipping down into the 0's during winter nights. There's more to do close to Henry's One Stop other than just hanging out such as hiking, and whitewater     paddling, so you won’t get bored. This sector of Alaska is always a pleasure to take a look at during camping season. Henry's One Stop is a location that is quite arid usually; September is when you get the most rain here; April on the other hand is the driest. The personnel that manages this campground and a good variety of exciting stuff are pretty remarkable. There's such a large number of things to do in the neighborhood of Henry's One Stop; it is one of many tremendous campgrounds in this vicinity. All our national parks are wonderful places to check out, and Katmai National Park & Preserve is no exception, and at Henry's One Stop you always meet someone from Hope. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Canyon Creek; if you haven’t been to Lake Clark National Park & Preserve,   you should schedule some time for it if you're here. You can run the rapids of Sixmile River close to Henry's One Stop, and don't leave Henry's One Stop without first going for a hike along the Devils Pass Trail. This is such a fun place for a campground. The Grant Lake Trail offers hiking at its best, and when you're here it's always fun to stop at Chugach State Park. Camping out definitely is an entertaining thing to do; Henry's One Stop is a tremendous local campground if you happen to be in Alaska. This place, Henry's One Stop, it clearly has so much outdoors exciting stuff. Visit Coeur d'Alene Creek if you're here at Henry's One Stop, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Henry's One Stop; Bull Rock Trail is a tremendous local trail. Go for a hike on the Bird Creek Trail, and you can never get enough of the fine skiing at Alpenglow At Arctic Valley. This campground is always a pleasure. Get your heart beating on the good whitewater of Bird Creek, and splendid hiking is available along the Carter Lake Trail.
