| | The good folks who operate this spot and the perfectly maintained facilities are in themselves reason enough to come here. You shouldn't be inside all the time; you have to get out of the house every so often; Henry's One Stop, Alaska is a good spot for getting out. This campground is a wonderful place to check out. There's magnificent hiking along the Devils Pass Trail; Chugach State Park is both glorious and beautiful. Coeur d'Alene Creek is a delightful place to explore, and Katmai National Park & Preserve is a very fine site to visit.

a fun place for a campground. While you're here at Henry's One Stop you will meet lots of folks from nearby Hope, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Bird Creek.
Good hiking is available along the Bird Creek Trail; a day on the slopes of Alpenglow At Arctic Valley is just
| what you need. It's totally impossible to run out of enjoyable stuff to do near Henry's One Stop; spending time at this campground is very pleasant.
The fine variety of local attractions and such a vast number of things to do are sure to keep you coming back persistently. Throughout the summertime at Henry's One Stop temperatures are typically in the 60's while nighttime lows are typically in the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 10's with temperatures at Henry's One Stop dipping down into the 0's all through winter nights.

for the outdoors, you'll love Henry's One Stop. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Bull Rock Trail, and soar down the rapids of Canyon Creek in a kayak. If you are in Alaska through camping season, you must go camping.
There's loads of outdoors recreation available close
by such as hiking, and whitewater paddling, so it's completely out of the question to get bored. Henry's One Stop is extremely popular with visitors from Hope. There are some splendid whitewater spots on Sixmile River; Henry's One Stop is right by the Grant Lake Trail.

is a popular thing to do around Henry's One Stop; Carter Lake Trail is a delightful local trail, and don't miss out on a tour to Lake Clark National Park & Preserve if you're here. Not much rain falls here at Henry's One Stop; the month with most of the rain is September, and the driest month is April.
