There's always Carlanna Lake Dam to take a look at in the vicinity of Eagle, and from Eagle you get a splendid view of Ward Mountain. This segment of Alaska has a nice deal of outdoors activities on hand. For the period of the warm days of summer at Eagle highs are typically in the 60's. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 50's. Highs through the winter are typically in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Eagle are in the 20's. A lot of people stay here to be right next     door to Black Sand Beach. People from Ketchikan love to come to Eagle, and why not stop by Charcoal Point also while you're here. This campground has so unbelievably much. Don't forget to take a great little visit to Carlanna Creek, and Eagle is not the only place close by, Carlanna Lake is a close by lake. The caring workforce and a good variety of cool things have people coming from far and near. A great deal of rain falls at Eagle; October is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest of the months is July. Beaches are brilliant; and Black Sand Beach in close proximity to Eagle is no exception.
