Park & Preserve is reasonably close to Double Bay Cabin, and there are plenty of folks from Indian here at Double Bay Cabin. Double Bay Cabin is a campground quite often visited by people from Indian.
If you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater
paddling on Campbell Creek, and Nancy Lake State Recreation Area is a magnificent place. Ship Creek has a good whitewater paddling spot close by; the Bull Rock Trail offers hiking at its best.
Around Double Bay Cabin you don’t get a lot of rain; September is when you get the
most rain here, and the driest month is April. Outdoors recreation is abundant, some of the amusing stuff you can do is whitewater paddling, fishing, playing golf, hiking, and swimming, so getting bored is not something that is likely to happen.
