Cooper Creek South - Chugach National Forest, Alaska   With so much to do in Alaska you'll never get bored. The tremendous local attractions and the nearby outdoors recreation are guaranteed to keep you coming back time and again. This is in fact a tremendous campground. When you're here at Cooper Creek South it's always fun to take a look at Nancy Lake State Recreation Area, and nearby you hit upon the Bull Rock Trail which is a perfect hiking trail. For the period of the days of summer, highs regularly are in the 60's at Cooper Creek South. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 50's. High temperatures     through the winter are normally in the 20's with temperatures at Cooper Creek South dipping down into the 0's through winter nights. Hit the slopes at Hilltop around here; Lake Clark National Park & Preserve is a glorious national park. The surroundings of this campground have such a great deal of things to offer. There are some splendid whitewater spots on Willow Creek. The welcoming personnel and lots of cool stuff to do are reasonably mind-boggling. There is so much enjoyable stuff near Cooper Creek South, and it is a great campground. If only every place had this much outdoors entertaining stuff, what a great planet it would be. During your spree to Cooper Creek South you'll meet some people from Indian for sure, naturally you could also stop at Waldron Lake if you're here; it's not far at all. Why not have a look   at Port of Anchorage if you're here, and Anchorage Golf Course is a golf course nearby. Cooper Creek South is a popular spot with folks of Indian. Cooper Creek South is generally a relatively dried out spot; through September this area sees the most rain; April is the month with the least moisture. Soar down the rapids of Campbell Creek in a kayak, and a visit to Katmai National Park & Preserve is worthwhile. A lot of folks stay at Cooper Creek South to be near Katmai National Park & Preserve. Ship Creek is a lovely stream that is worth taking a look at, and if you come at the right time of year, Ship Creek offers some great whitewater.
