It's just not possible to run out of amusing things to do in the vicinity of Tannehill Historical State Park; it is a fun place for young and old.
The smiling folks of West Blocton like to hang out close by, and in case you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Yellowleaf
    Creek - North Fork.
The workforce that operates this campground and the exceptionally capably managed facilities are a magnificent draw for a lot of folks. For the duration of the days of summer at Tannehill Historical State Park highs are ordinarily in the 90's, and all through
summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. All through the winter this place gets highs in the 50's while the cold winter nights at Tannehill Historical State Park are in the 30's.

This campground has so many cool things to offer. Lakes are pleasant; Rockview Lake is a lake that's close to Tannehill Historical State Park, and Six Mile Bend is a great whitewater spot close by. From Tannehill Historical State Park you get a pleasant vista of Sand Mountain; a visit to Talladega National Forest is a magnificent idea.
Some of the water nearby flows, like Mill Creek, and Jones Valley is another tremendous spot to go to nearby. Can't wait to pitch that tent; Tannehill Historical State Park in Alabama is such a good place.
Tannehill Historical State Park usually gets much rain; of all the months in a year March is the one with the most rain, and October meanwhile is the driest month.
