Parnell Creek RV Park, Alabama

| | Our park is surrounded by mountains and usually has a breeze year round. We are on Highway 72 which is part of the Appalachian Trail. We purchased the park in 2007 and have added many of the amenities. This is a family owned campground. Every month we have a campground cookout. We also have activities planned for the major holidays.
At Parnell Creek RV Park we have 34 level gravel sites. There are 14 sites with 30 amp Full Hook Up and 8 sites with 50 amp Full Hook Up. We also have 10 sites with 30 amp Water/Electric and 2 site with 50 amp Water/Electric. |
We also have 2 full service cabins and 3 Rustic Cabins, plus tenting areas.
We are centrally located near Scottsboro, Grant, Huntsville and Guntersville. There are many lakes to fish in nearby and the fish are plentiful. We are also close to Cathedral Caverns, Unclaimed
| Baggage, NASA Space Center, Robert Trent Jones Golf Courses, Old McDonalds Petting Zoo and many other attractions.
Our amenities include FREE Wifi, Salt Water In-Ground Swimming Pool, 18 Hole Mini Golf, Clubhouse, playground, horseshoes, basketball, fitness and tanning center, activity center, covered outdoor shelter, bath houses, on-site laundry, movie rental, camp store, planned activities, and more.

of the nicest people. Talk about southern hospitality, they were right there waiting for us when we pulled up, had our wood ready, and even offered to let us borrow a propane heater (it was cold at night). The park is geared toward RVs, but they have a few tent sites, and they
also rent out cabins and trailers. The bathroom and shower were clean and stocked. Everything was very neat and clean, and fun. You can tell these folks have a great sense of humor with the fish light on the outside of the bathroom. Centrally located to Huntsville, AL and Guntersville,
AL and about an hour south of Chattanooga, TN. We will be staying there again as soon as time permits. Says Vanessa Zerpa
There are some fine whitewater spots on South Sauty Creek. Lakes are great; Woodland Lake is a lake that's in the vicinity of Parnell Creek RV Park.
This is such a fun location for a campground. There's whitewater on Town Creek for all you adrenaline rush seekers, and Cathedral Caverns State Park is a good place to go. While you're here at Parnell Creek RV Park you will meet lots of folks from close by Woodville, and the top
of Evans Mountain is easily observed from Parnell Creek RV Park. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Honeycomb Creek, and don't leave without stopping by Lake Guntersville State Park. Parnell Creek RV Park is a wet place that gets a large amount of rainfall; most of the rain
falls through March, and October is the month with the least moisture. At Parnell Creek RV Park all through the days of summer highs are in the 90's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 60's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 40's, and overnight lows
through the wintertime for Parnell Creek RV Park tend to be in the 20's. You think that's enough? Just getting warmed up. Near Parnell Creek RV Park you discover pleasant spots like Kennamer Cove, and Parkell Creek is close to Parnell Creek RV Park and is always a diversion to have a look at.
