The winter brings highs down to the 40's while Mountain Lakes Resorts nighttime low temperatures during the winter are in the 20's.
Guntersville Lake is a nearby lake that you could take a look at; get your heart pumping on the good whitewater of Dry Creek. Mountain Lakes Resorts gets a large amount of water; during March this area sees the most rain while October is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Since you're here at Mountain Lakes Resorts why not visit Lower Bar; you can run the rapids of Town Creek.
