  Many folks camp here when they come to pop by Desoto State Park. All through the warm months highs here at Adams Outdoors reach the 80's while nighttime lows are usually in the 60's. The winter brings highs down to the 40's; night lows in the 20's for Adams Outdoors.
In case you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Little River, and of course Sharp Branch is a beautiful stream that is worth stopping at. There's a load of outdoors recreation available in the neighborhood such as playing golf, and
    whitewater paddling, so there's no way to get bored. If you come at the right time of year, Little River - West Fork offers some good whitewater; if you're popping by from Valley Head, you won't be the only one.
The good local attractions and all the outdoors recreation are
magnificent causes to come. There's such a vast number of things to do close to Adams Outdoors, and it certainly is a nice campground. Adams Outdoors is exceptionally popular with the folks of Valley Head.
Adams Outdoors frequently gets a good deal of rainfall; the month with most of the rain is March while October is usually the driest month. Everybody needs to go for a weekend of camping occasionally, and Adams Outdoors, Alabama is a nice place for getting out. This section of Alabama is always a bliss to explore all through camping season.
If
 
time allows, Russell Cave National Monument is a national park worth taking a look at. This campground has everything. If you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Little River - East Fork, and pleasant water scenery is available at Sharp Branch Dam in the neighborhood of Adams Outdoors. Don't miss out on a tour to Little River Canyon National Preserve since you're here at Adams Outdoors, and James H. Sloppy Floyd State Park is a wonderful place to stretch your legs a bit.
So much entertaining stuff to do at Adams Outdoors, so little time. While you're here at Adams Outdoors you can play some golf at Saddle Rock Golf Course, and of course, everybody loves Desoto State Park.
