This lake sits on Private Property belonging to the Chickasaw Council, Boy Scouts of America. The property is known as Kia Kima Scout Reservation. The property staffed by a full-time ranger and is available year round to Scouts and the occasional community/church groups. The camp is accessible by reservation only. I went to work with him one day and rode in a dump truck as he brought out load after load of rock and gravel.
