Nothing here for children, lots of teenagers screaming curse words as they jump of the small cliff.... Lake Bentonville 15 miles away I fish there a couple of times per week, only because it's very close to home, and there's nothing on the dam side (north) to see except tiny planes taking off and landing. There are no bathrooms, lots of dust, and really nothing here except a few tables and a plastic climbing toy for the children. Fishing is a 2 on a scale of 10. As far as parks go, it's a 1 on a scale of 10.... Shoal Creek 22 miles away 1 PHOTO There are a few sections of this river which are fun and fast, but for the most part this an easy stretch that is great for beginners or for the tired kayaker just wanting to be in nature but not exert themselves....
