Calloway Creek is definitely in danger. The local residents are trying to stop development and have been somewhat successful until this spring. The Developer still doesn't have approval to develop, but he is starting to bulldoze roads in the flood plain. He claims it is for agricultural access, but he has drawn up plans and submitted to local authorities. He has been turned down, but he continues to fight.
