Tent sites are in a separate shady, quiet section around the pond (sorry no utilities at any tent site). Dirt roads, ponds, woods and short trails. Water outlet near sites.
Very close to the Ocean City/Sea Isle shore beaches and boardwalks: fishing and crabbing nearby, too.
