July 19, 2008-- We hiked up to Mt. Beljica this date. I would not recommend it just yet because of the unusually heavy snowfall last winter, unless you're very familiar with the trail. The entire trail is still snow covered from Lake Christine on up to the top of Mt. Beljica. We lost the trail, and then found it again.... that was a bit unnerving.... |

Stevens has a wide diversity of trails and runs that suits every riding style. From beginner to expert and for those terrain park junkies Stevens has you covered. I think what's special about Stevens is you can find your own little part of the mountain which is all yours, I have 4-5 little runs that cross between trails and off-piste that are all mine. Also the snow is crazy good, powder almost all the time. My favorite runs are Orion, some tree skiing near wall street, and right above the power lines. Stevens also has some pretty sweet out of bounds stuff to so check it out... |
