Crouch Merc Trailer and RV Park
13 miles away 1 PHOTO Having stayed 2 full months in the Crouch Merc Trailer and RV Park, I highly recomend this for a summer stay. You'll be right on the bank of the middle fork of the Payette River. On the 4th of July, you'll have the best view of the fireworks display, which is in the park across the river. Great people, great small town attitudes, everyone makes you feel welcome. Float the river, guided horse back tours, outdoor theatre with an old fashioned wagon ride, live music, lots of fun. All you need is right in town. Come enjoy for a weekend, what we live with year 'round!...
Grimes Creek
22 miles away I drive this stretch of creek all the time and the only time this creek is high enough to float is very early spring. I am unsure of the MoReservoir creek confluence. I am familiar with Mores creek confluance. Most of the summer you will be lucky to float a stick down this stretch....
Payette River - North Fork
24 miles away Are there any guided rafting trips on this stretch of the river??...Don`t forget the take out is just south of the old sheep bridge in Smiths Ferry where you can park your car in a park like setting. Rest rooms are clean and a nice place to unwind after great day of paddling....

Brundage Mountain
52 miles away 7 PHOTOS ...ntain scenery reaching all the way to Oregon's Blue Mountains off the opposite side. The only challenge is deciding how long to savor the natural beauty before plunging back in for more terrific turns. Fortunately, with 1,800 vertical feet and more than 1,500 acres of in-bound terrain, there's plenty of time to enjoy both the snow and the spectacular scenery. Weekends and holidays are lively at Brundage Mountain. Visitors frequently enjoy live entertainment in ''Smoky's Pub'', our adults-only space which features weekly apres-ski entertainment and a big screen TV. Families will enjoy the convenient location of the drive up Kids Center, which offers a wide selection of lesson options for all age groups and skill levels, in addition to licensed day care programs for those too little to tackle the slopes. After the lessons, uncrowded slopes and a family-friendly layout make it possible for your whole crew to ride the same chairlift, choose different runs according to skill level, then easily re-group at the bottom for the next satisfying go-round. For those who simply can't ...
