 | We are staying in Selmac Sept 16 for Cycle Oregon and would like lodging recommendations near where cycle oregon is camped. Please advise. Thxs....I am planning on coming up for the 4th of july weekend and I was wondering if your lake is contaminated as several of the surrounding lake are. The ski area is located about a half an hour drive from the charming town of Ashland, home to the world renowned Oregon Shakespeare Festival. At 7,500 feet, Mt. Ashland is the highest point in the Siskiyou mountain range. Its north facing slopes collect an average 300 inches of snowfall annually.
