In addition to ''Maverick'' the new cut-through between Maverick and Twister will be a blue square called ''Bandit's Pass''. NEW TRAIL: THE GLADE We have opened up some fantastic glade skiing & riding above 80-acres and between Dozey Doe and Ben Blakely. Our club has always come to Denton Hill. We have over 60 members in our club this year ranging from 1st grade to adulthood. We are so fortunate to have access to such a terrific mountain! The trails are challenging and the scenery picturesque. Our beginner members have benefited from the patience of Denton instructors and have developed into good skiers/boarders. The prices at the snack bar are reasonable and we enjoy munching on hot chili, and nachos and cheese. Thanks Denton for helping us cope with the winter blues. We look forward to every Sunday we spend at your slopes and do not look forward to the end of the season.... Elk Mountain 96 miles away 3 PHOTOS Elk is uncrowded and really fun. They seem to make the best out off the conditions weather gives them. Good, long trails(for Pa). I liked the mini park. The ''bigger'' park made the best of the space. I surface lift in the park lets you session as long as you want, and stay in the park. Great for dialing in on my skillz. Couple of the rail and box features are really cool. I will go to Elk a couple times a year....
